The School of Leszek Balcerowicz is unique in Poland. It provides an opportunity to meet with leading figures from the world of economics, law, business and media. The project puts together the most active students from across Poland, in order to broaden their knowledge of the most important issues of contemporary economics. The School of Leszek Balcerowicz is also a great place for discussion on current political, economic and legal issues. The project addresses students of all years and courses of academic studies from all over Poland, interested in issues of economics, politics, media or law. Recent graduates up to one year after graduation can also take part, as well as doctoral students under 32. Former participants cannot apply again. In order to qualify for this unique project, one has to write a short article on one of the suggested topics related to economic, social or legal issues.
Participation is free of charge. The organizers provide meals for all participants, as well as accommodation for those from outside Warsaw.
